Katie was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska, but has called Arizona home since 2011. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and has since built a diverse nursing career that spans over a decade, working with patients from neonates to adults.
Scott graduated from Central Michigan University in 2003 with his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. He and his lovely wife relocated to Arizona in 2006, yet both are Midwesterners through and through. Together they have 4 amazing children.

Dr. Faisal is from Gainesville, Florida. She attended Yale University for college and Johns Hopkins University for medical school. She completed her Urology residency at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD and further subspecialty training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in Minneapolis, MN. She moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2022.
The ProACT™ Adjustable Continence Therapy for Men is a minimally invasive surgical treatment option for men who have stress incontinence as a result of a radical prostatectomy or transurethral resection of the prostate. The procedure to place the ProACT balloons is approximately 30 minutes in duration. Once the ProACT device is implanted, the device can be tailored to the patient’s individual needs during following office visits. After implant, urination will occur normally without manual manipulation at anytime.
